Cancellation Policy

Please note 48 Hours’ notice is required for all individual and 2-1 service cancellations, between 48-24 hours notice, 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. Less than 24 hours notice we have the right to offer No Refund.

Absence

If you are unable to attend for any reason, then contact Sharon Bland immediately.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds under any other circumstances i.e., absence due to medical conditions, changes to work commitments, bereavements, family emergency or other reasons that is out of your control or for not being able to attend the event as part-of or as a whole. In addition, any 'no shows' gift vouchers will be charged as full amount of treatment, for packages purchased one session will be redeemed from package. .It is not possible to make up missed classes and get a refund or a credit for  future ones and is at Sjb Wellbeing discretion.

Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. Times are all stated which include room cleaning, preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

Your first appointment with us will require 10 mins more for you to complete a consultation form which is  document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only. Extra 10 mins will not be required when form has been completed online.

Individual Treatment Packages

Your treatment pricing plan will automatically expire after 1, 3, 4, or 6 months from purchase, depending on the selected plan. We encourage you to utilise the full value of your purchase before expiry date. Please note: That each treatment package is solely for the purpose of one individual, to maximise transformation and cannot be shared out to a group. The expiration on plan is non-negotiable and cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Before your plan is due to expire a notification email will be sent 14 days before to remind you of the expiration date coming up. Offering you a chance to renew or choose a new plan. If you have any questions or concerns that you may have please contact for assistance.

Promotional & Flash Sale Sessions

Promotional and flash sale offerings are only valid one per person,  they must be taken within the time frame given. Terms and conditions above apply and cannot be redeemed towards another service, resold or redeemed to another party for re-sale purpose. Sjb Wellbeing reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel a promotional & flash sale offer at any given time and at their discretion.

Retreats / Classes Booking Policy and Refunds

Upon booking your retreat a deposit is required to confirm reservation and your place on the retreat or class. You will then be sent a reminder to pay in full your outstanding balance 10-14  weeks before the retreat / class is due to start. Final payment not received withing the given time frame without any form of communication within a 72 hour of reminder, will be cancelled and a loss of deposit.

Cancellations By Sharon Bland - Sjb Wellbeing

For un-for-seen circumstance of needing to completely cancel  or if we find it necessary to cancel any of our  retreats, class, workshop or sessions, Sjb will notify participants  immediately. Sharon Bland will give participants the opportunity of a full refund or will transfer their payment to another activity of equal value available at sjb Wellbeing on the grounds that there are still spaces available.

For a singular session for  unforeseen circumstances of consecutive weekly session to be cancelled, Sharon Bland  will contact all participants immediately, informing them of an alternative date to make up the total number of sessions. Or alternatively, a refund offer  for a singular session cost will be available.

Sharon Bland will refund the participant(s) within three weeks of the session cancellation date.

 Mailing List & Newsletters

Our mailing list and newsletter offers subscribers to be occasionally updated of up and coming offers, promotions, giveaways, and new information updates of features and courses. Solely, for the purpose of communication and giving to long standing loyal clients. When Subscribing it is at your own discretion, we are not here to spam. All personal information are stored securely and confidentially. Your personal details will not be passed on to third parties, or shared with companies outside of the company. If you wish to opt out of our mailing list and newsletters you can at any given time. You are always welcomed if you choose to subscribe again.

E- Gift Voucher & Hard Copy Gift Vouchers

All gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed over at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. For late cancellation and “failure to show” term and conditions above also apply to gift vouchers.

Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence.

Medical Conditions

Please inform of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Mobile Phones

In the interest of comfort of your wellbeing holistic service, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your treatment. For Regression session please switch phone on silent so your session is not interrupted.

Children

Please understand that we can cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
