My career in the hair and beauty industry began over 30 years ago, where I was trained in the UK using a unique cutting and colouring technique developed by Nicki Clarke and Trevor Sorbie at Paul Bryan Hair Salon. This foundation has shaped my approach to beauty, and my passion for making people feel confident and radiant has only grown stronger over the years.
In 2004, I moved to Dubai, expecting to stay for just six months. Fourteen years later, I can truly say that Dubai became a life-changing chapter. It was here that I embarked on a journey of self-reflection and transformation, which gave me the clarity to align my purpose with inner peace and harmony. I realized that while my skills had always been about enhancing the exterior through hair and beauty services, true happiness and beauty stems from within.
As I began working with clients, I found myself naturally stepping into the role of a counsellor, guiding them not only toward external beauty but also toward a deeper sense of fulfilment. It became clear that to truly thrive, one must nurture both outer beauty and inner abundance. My mission is to help people achieve balance, helping them radiate harmony and unlock their highest soul potential through a whole-isitc approach to wellbeing.

INSPIRED
In 2004, I embarked on my own intensive healing journey, beginning with Reiki. From there, I developed a deep thirst for knowledge, eager to learn and understand the intricate ways in which the mind works. I became fascinated with how we often stand in our own way, holding ourselves back from true happiness and the ability to fully step into our personal power.
A pivotal moment in my journey came after a series of car accidents (I promise, I'm a safe driver! 😊). During my recovery, I had to relearn how to walk. It was a humbling experience—my brain would send signals to my legs, knowing I was capable of moving, but my legs didn’t receive those signals. It was as if my body and brain were out of sync. Determined to change this, I worked tirelessly to rebuild the connection between mind and body.
A personal goal also emerged from this challenge: once I was back on my feet, I was going to jump out of a plane again. It took 18 months of hard work and persistence, but I achieved that goal. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of the mind and body working together in harmony to overcome even the greatest of challenges.
Embrace The Leap Of Faith
In May 2005, I took a leap of faith and founded SJB, beginning with my very first hair salon. Almost immediately, I was entered into a prestigious hair and makeup competition with Wella, where I became a finalist representing the Middle East. From there, I competed internationally in Milan, alongside 52 countries. My experience in both the UK and Dubai salons provided me the privilege of working with a range of clients, including celebrities and royalty across the UK, UAE, and India.

In 2020, I brought SJB to the UK, expanding my knowledge and experience through deepening my connection with shamans from Mallorca and Colombia. This journey led me to become a certified Fire Walking Instructor, and I am now ready to bring everything to the table in our next chapter....

I am deeply honoured to have trained with international acclaimed experts world-wide. I hold a post graduate degree in Transpersonal Regression Therapy , Holland (TASSO). Clinical Hypnotherapy, advanced SRT, Europe. Advanced Metaphor Counselling Therapy. Mumbai, India.
A privilege of an opportunity to train through Minister Steven Upton at the prestigious Arthur Findlay College, and UAE where I studied Spiritual Communication and Spiritual Trance Healing. In addition, I have experienced learning from some of the top spirit mediums from the UK and around the world.
My ongoing privileged holistic journey has been further enriched through close training and working alongside shamans in both Mallorca and Colombia, expanding my knowledge and approach to healing in profound and transformative ways, whilst being able to bring those traditions and wisdom.
Having studied and mastered many different therapeutic techniques and healing modalities over the past twenty years to bring together a unique set of tools through experience and of knowledge, for which best suits for a specific issue, in a more transformative direct catharsis.
